Digital Lab Notebook
|
Living Paper's Laboratory Notebook electronically captures any type of information
that a scientist or doctor enters into their notebooks, i.e., spectra, chemical
structures, observations, experimental conditions, ideas, findings, images and drawings,
tables, and spreadsheets. The Living Paper Lab Notebook comes with a standard laboratory
notebook template, however, custom can also be created to match a laboratory's established
workflows.
The user can continue to use the preferred paper format, yet benefit by having a
digital copy of the entire pen entered information being stored digitally. Once
the information is captured on the paper notebook, the same information is sent
via a PC to be archived locally or centrally in electronic form, and is available
to anyone with authorized access.
Document review, version control, audit trails, signatures, archives, and all other
communications are handled electronically.

Digital Elephant Calendar

paper Elephant Calendar and a special digital ball-point pen.
When you are done writing, simply synchronize your Elephant Calendar with your PC
by docking the digital pen in a USB connected Cradle or via a wireless Bluetooth
transmission. You just saved all your calendar entries, notes and records for prosperity.
By storing a digital copy of your paper Elephant Calendar on your local PC, you
can safeguard your important meetings and notes from loss.
How does Software Work:
Elephant Calendar's desktop software digitally stores and archives all your handwritten
calendar entries. You can view your information by day, week, or month. Each page
of notes, expenses or addresses can be viewed individually. Should you loose your
Elephant Calendar, you can print copies of each page and insert them into a new
binder. Never misplace your important information again.
Process - Using a digital pen, write down notes, appointments, etc. just the way
you do now. You can even write emails with a personal touch.
Depending on the make and model of your pen, you can either place your pen in its
USB cradle or utilize your pen's Bluetooth port to transfer your handwriting to
your computer.
Your notes, appointments, expenses and addresses are saved on your computer. You
can view or print them at any time by opening up your Elephant Calendar software.

Digital Handwriting Monitor Notebook

The Digital Handwriting Monitor Notebook was designed for elementary students as
a way to track and monitor their progress in handwriting. The notebook is designed
specifically for practicing writing letters on lines meant to help guide the user.
All entries are archived in a folder that is assigned to each student as a way to
track the progress made by the student.
This product is a great product for use in schools as well as by parents who want
to take advantage of an intelligent method for helping their child improve his neatness
in writing.

From the Desk Of

Living Paper has designed a simple "From the Desk of" which will let you make handwritten
notes that can be sent via email to your family, friends and associates. By filling
in a text box in the front of the book, you are able to add your name to the "From
the Desk" of heading. For example, by writing in Martin, I can then select computer
text or handwriting and all my digital notes will say "From the Desk of Martin"
on the upper right hand corner.
The pad also includes an area for adding pre-designated email addresses for the
people you may send the most emails to. It could be your wife, children or secretary.
Then by simply writing a note and clicking the appropriate number (like a speed
dial number), the email is entered. Of course, you still have a field where you
can write out the email address of anyone else you choose.
The "From the Desk of" pad is a fun and personal way to send a note to any of your
friends or associates!

While You Were Out
|
Living Paper has made a message pad called "While You Were Out" for families to
use in their kitchen or secretaries to use in the office. You simply write the message
as you would today on a message pad that most people would recognize and then you
select a number for the corresponding individual who should receive the message.
This will automatically send an image of the message as an email which can be received
on a PC, Phone or PDA.
Using the Digital While You Were Out Pad, the message is sent real-time and received
as soon as possible. Never miss those important messages or emergencies.

Visitor Log
|
|
The Visitor Log product is a simple logbook that is used to sign people into an
office or building. Used much like the visitor log books today, when a visitor enters
the office or building and signs in, it creates a digital record of all the day's
visitors. Never worry about your visitor records or where they were stored etc.
You will always have the security to know that you can trace back all your visitors
to a simple MS Access Database.

Business Contact |
The Living Paper Business Contact sheet is a one page form that is used to collect
all the contact information of an individual. It is perfect for a tradeshow if you
have your visitors fill in contact detail information for business follow-up. All
the necessary information is captured on paper and in the pen for download into
an Access Database.
Additionally, it is a great product to use when making customer calls. You can take
notes and add important contact details that will directly populate your MS Outlook
Contact section.

The Weekly Time sheet is a standard template for recording employee work times.
The individual enters their name and time into the office as well as the time out
of the office.

the week.

Prescription Pad
|
The Prescription Pad application is a handy tool for any doctor. Today, most doctors
do not keep track of all the scripts they write for each patient. In terms of better
patient care and better record keeping, using a digital prescription pad is a valuable
tool for any doctor.
The Digital Prescription Pad stores an image of the script written by the user and
automatically archives it in the appropriate patient file. The archive system is
automatic. If the system does not recognize a patient name, it will prompt the doctor
and ask if it is a new patient or not. If it is a new patient, it will create a
folder for all future scripts.
